Globalism vs Nationalism
In this most recent Biblical News Update and Commentary, Bill begins to make the distinction between two major movements that are now beginning to become more recognizable than ever before in human history. And these two forces presently appear to be at odds more than most realize; it is Globalism’s conflict with Nationalism.
What is the distinction between these two ideologies? And don’t kid yourself—they are different ideologies. Globalism embeds itself in collectivism that is rooted in Marxism and Socialism. Its agenda is to unify the world under a One World Order by claiming this is the way to world peace and true social justice. On the other hand, Nationalism believes in the sovereign rights of nation states, defined by borders and their freedom to exercise independence of commerce and hegemony.
The case of these two ideologies confronting each other has accelerated over the last three years specifically. There is no love lost between them, and most don’t recognize the distinction between them. Instead, most remain blinded by “party politics,” thinking certain political parties are less globally driven than others when, in actuality, Republican, Democrat, Independent, Labor, and Conservative parties all share to different degrees the same globalists ideals and objectives.
It’s really quite revealing when one begins to abandon the worldview of party politics and adopt the paradigm of Globalism vs. Nationalism. After all, this becomes somewhat of an important perspective when one understands and recognizes the end-time world power, identified as the Mystery Babylonian System, labeled the Beast, is a globally influential government that oppresses (devours/eats) the “whole world” (Dan. 7:23).
Bill suggests it’s time to begin to view this “new bud” on the proverbial end-time fig tree and call it for what it is—a globalists agenda that is driven to accomplish the age old objective that Satan has had from the beginning—a One World Order that he will control (Rev. 13:3–4).
